They completed Civil Engineering degree together & gained experience in Government / Semi Government / Consulting Engineers organisation by undertaking various Construction Work. They are in Civil Engineering field since 1976. The Business was started in Year 1990. The Company has gained reputation by providing package of service from concept to execution. The sons of both the founder directors are also Engineers. Ish Kalra has done his BE (Civil) from Thapar Engg. College Patiala (Punjab) & Love Sharma has done Engineering in Electronic & IT.
